Course Information:
If you are unfamiliar with San Diego trails, Penasquitos Canyon Preserve is one of the best known trail systems in San Diego County. It is a fantastic place to get in a lot of miles all on great trails. If you are familiar with Penasquitos Canyon, you are in for a treat with this event.

The Cougar Run Half Marathon will take you off the primary out and back trails that most runners use and expose you to parts of this park that even experienced trail runners haven’t seen!

This event will start from the Camino del Sur trailhead and lead you through some of Los Penasquitos Preserve’s best trails. There will be a combination of fire road and single track with some solid climbs and descents.
