Race Information:

The course is extremely picturesque & historical along Craigville Beach, Kalus Beach, historic Hyannis Harbor, Lewis Bay, John F. Kennedy Memorial, Kennedy Family Compound, Officer Michael Aselton Memorial Park, and the charming Cape Cod villages of Hyannisport & Centerville.

The course is paved and mostly flat and gentle with a few rolling areas ideal for a late winter/early spring PR.

The Hyannis Marathon is a two loop course. The Hyannis Half Marathon is a one loop course and the 10Km course is a loop course that runs along the Half Marathon course. The 10Km course is not USATF certified but is fairly accurate by wheel and very fast. The course is not closed to traffic however the traffic is very light on most of the courses. The Course is well monitored by police and volunteers.

Both the marathon and half marathon courses are USATF certified by Ray Nelson.

The Hyannis Marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier. You need to speak with officials of the B.A.A. regarding any 2008 questions.

Bib Numbers

Each race will be designated with a different colored Bib# to differentiate the participant in 2008.
Blue Bib= Marathon
Red Bib= Marathon Early Start
White Bib= Half Marathon
Yellow Bib= 10Km
White Bib= Marathon Team Relay
